Size 40 crown worm Reducer , compact execution and high performance, with Ø18mm hollow output shaft and Ø11mm input shaft.

This size of reducer accepts motors with a B14 size 63 flange , this flange size has an External Ø of 90mm and the reducer has an input shaft diameter of 11mm., PAM 90/11.

Inlet flange dimensions of worm gear reducer

  • P: 90mm.
  • M: 75mm.
  • N: 60mm.
  • D: Ø14mm.

The powers of the motors at 1500 rpm usually used for this type of reducers and with a higher service factor fs≥1 are:

  • 0.12hp 1500rpm
  • 0.16hp 1500rpm
  • 0.25CV 1500rpm, with reduced casing. maximum reduction I=60.

The reduction ratios (i) available are from 7.5 to 80, depending on the input revolutions we can obtain the following revolutions on the output shaft shown in the following table.
