Modular control and protection panel for 2 single-phase or three-phase pumps up to 12A with automatic alternation between them by means of a 4/20mA pressure sensor or pressure switches (high pressure switch and low pressure switch), selectable 230Vac or 400Vac power supply.

It offers built-in protection of the pumps against overload, phase failure (three-phase pumps) and overheating in the event that the motor has a Klixon thermal contact that will cause it to stop due to thermal failure. It allows the detection of lack of air in the boiler, control of lack of water (minimum level) by buoy, sensor failure, automatic switching of the pumps due to failure or deactivation of one of them, remote control input, general alarm output by voltage free contact. Activation of the alarm contact can be caused by power failure, pump failure, air loss, sensor failure, pressure (sensor) failure. Compatible with Toscano brand PumpCheck data reader.

The TZ2PS control module, which is available in the modular panel, allows quick and easy adjustment of intensity for overload protection, as well as low and high pressure adjustment. Its display allows you to show data such as the status of the pumps and their current consumption, operating modes and times, detected faults and alarms. It also has pilot lights indicating the presence of voltage, pump operation, infrared communication (PumpCheck), states of overload or phase failure and low level. The reduced size of the TZ2PS control module allows for greater interior space and greater comfort inside the frame.

The panel has a load cut-off switch for forced stopping that stops the motor and does not allow it to start under any circumstances, as well as two selectors for operation in manual or automatic mode for each of the pumps. In the manual mode of operation, the pumps are not protected against any type of fault.

NOTE: For the connection of a 230V three-phase pump to single-phase current, it is necessary to create a false phase to enable asynchrony in the three-phase system. To do this, a capacitor is connected between one phase and the tip of the winding that remains without power.
