Modular control and protection panel for 1 three-phase pump up to 16A, 400Vac power supply, valid for both submerged and surface pumps. It offers built-in thermal protection of the pump against overload, underload, phase loss and excessive starting frequency. Operating mode by probe(s), float(s) or motor underload.
The TPM6 control module has a display and multi-control command with automatic or manual adjustment of overload, underload and reset time in one electrode mode or in motor underload mode; It has pilot lights indicating functions such as pump running, low level, maximum intensity, minimum intensity, reset time or alarms for overload, low load or excessive frequency of starts (> 30 starts/hour).
It also has a voltage-free input for external on/off control that allows the pump to be safely activated or deactivated through a pressure switch or level float, separate external outputs for pump operation, low level (lack of water ) and main alarm, specific location and connection terminals for the starter capacitor (fixing kit included), forced start of the pump in manual mode, storage of the operating data of the pump such as total operating hours and number total starts. Connection for remote control by voltage-free contact.
