On the pneumatic actuator there is a control to operate the valve manually.

The valve configuration is "L", in one position, the valve allows passage from 1 to 2 or 1 to 1 while 3 remains closed ; In the other position, the passage is allowed from 1 to 3 or from 3 to 1, with 2 remaining closed .
