Adjustable straight fitting with 1/8 cylindrical male thread with spring for 6x4mm diameter tube. Spring made of AISI 304 stainless steel, NBR gasket, thread and nut in nickel-plated brass. These fittings have a wedge system that allows thermoplastic tubes to be connected with extreme security for pneumatic and fluidic applications. Its spike -type design allows for a better connection with the tube, while the hexagon of the locking nut at the top significantly simplifies manual or key locking, without elastomeric sealing elements.

 These types of fittings are very useful in a multitude of applications such as compressed air, pneumatic automation, industrial water circuits, inert gases, vapors, fluids, vacuum, etc. The pressure and temperature are determined based on the tube used, therefore these values are defined based on the characteristics of the tube itself. For the “swivel” version fittings the values are: - 20C / + 80C.

In no case should the “swivel” fittings be used as rotary.
