The main application of this type of circuit breaker is the protection of renewable energy installations in direct current, service voltage of 1000Vdc , as well as in photovoltaic systems, solar pumping systems, battery systems, electric vehicle charging systems, etc. In solar panel systems it allows you to isolate or disconnect the strings of the photovoltaic modules connected to an inverter.
Breaking capacity 6000A (6kA) according to EN 60898-2 and 10000A (10kA) EN 60947-2. It has a green/red status indicator and transparent lid to place an indicative label. The advantage of using them over fuses is the possibility of quick and safe reset in the event of short circuits or power cuts.
