Shaft bearing holder 110mm UCP322 - SNR

Self-aligning support bracket in grey cast iron with insert already mounted, type UCP322, for axle of 110mm.

The corrosion-protected FG20 grey cast iron bearing housing body is passive and varnished in RAL 5010 color. High load capacity.

The inserted bearing (insert) of steel balls. These bearings are grooved. Its outer rings have a spherical surface that is free to oscillate on the support track, this oscillation allows self alignment in the housing of the support and compensate for any alignment defects and eliminate, as much as possible, unwanted efforts between the shaft and the support. The bearing to the shaft is fixed by two 120o displaced hexagonal allen screws. Easy assembly and disassembly.

The field of application of these bearing housings are industrial and general applications with normal loads, weak to medium rotation speeds.

The sealing of the bearing is guaranteed by joint composed of a sheet steel washer equipped with a lip in nitrile rubber, the bearing mounts a joint on each side.

Bearings are suitable for all applications in a temperature range of -20oC to +110oC.
