Control and protection relay TPM7-230/400 for motors and pumps - Wifi control Toscano

Digital control and protection equipment for single-phase and three-phase motors and pumps. Protections against overload, underload, phase failure, dry running, excessive starting frequency and anti-blocking. Level control by means of conductive probes or without probes (underload) or buoys.

NOTE: The TPM7-230/400 allows direct control of single-phase motors up to 12A and single-phase and three-phase motors up to 40A through the use of an external contactor.


The TPM range trips immediately after detecting a current rise above the values programmed by the user. The tripping time has a response time of 0.2 seconds (ground fault, short circuit: 0.05 seconds). These times allow to have more protection for the machine. Easy user setting/programming of the current and trip time allows to increase the number of applications.

Using TPM, the user will only set the motor current values, and then confirm/program the actual current of the load using the built-in ammeter function. The TPM module interrupts the motor operation at the set delay/programmed time, when the current consumed by the motor exceeds the set value.


It has a manual control input that allows to force the start of the pump, as well as another auxiliary input that allows the start and stop of the pump through an external device such as a pressure switch, high or low level buoy or an irrigation programmer.


Allows the possibility of manual configuration or configuration via APP by Wifi connection. APP available for both Android and Iphone that allows a quick and convenient configuration and control. The control mode via Wifi allows the control of the pump and the configuration of various parameters such as the adjustment of maximum and minimum intensities, reset and inhibition times; consultation of consumption information, alarms and causes... simply by connecting through the RJ11 connector the Wifi communication module, including antenna with 2 meter cable.





All in one" functions for control and protection of the pump:

HIDRONIVEL: Allows to control the lack of water by two conductive probes (maximum and minimum), one probe (minimum) with timed reset or without probes (underload or underload) with timed reset.

MOTOR SAVER: Covers a wide range of pump powers and voltages. From 0.6 to 40A and dual voltage 230 or 400Vac.

DIGITAL AMPERIMETER: It incorporates a digital ammeter that allows to visualize at all times the consumption of the pump. In addition, with the "auto-tune" function, the equipment adjustment is done automatically.

START ORDER INPUT: By means of this voltage-free contact input, it allows to activate or deactivate, in a safe way as it is in low voltage, the pump through a pressure switch, level buoy (for tank filling), timer (for irrigation), etc.

OTHER FUNCTIONS: It allows to register the hours of operation and the number of starts of the pump, it has output of lack of level and alarm, it detects excessive frequency of starts, preventive system of anti-blockade of the motor.
