Compact guided pneumatic cylinder 20x150mm double acting CG01 Series - Aignep

Compact double-guided pneumatic cylinder , 20 mm bore and 150 mm stroke, with double magnetic action. Designed for applications where space is limited and a cylinder with internal guides and a robust yet compact structure is required. Guidance solution using bronze bushings coupled to the guide rods.


These cylinders are constructed of high-quality materials, with an aluminum alloy body and a stainless steel rod, giving them high strength and reliability. Furthermore, their design includes NBR seals and cushioning, ensuring efficient operation and a long service life. They are characterized by the possibility of mounting on multiple faces. by different methods, pneumatic feeding in both sides, dual sensor slots , both on the top and bottom sides.
 

They are ideal for automated systems, manipulators and robotics, where a compact guide is needed to maintain stem alignment and stable movement.

The cylinder is designed for mounting magnetic detectors and various accessories. The delivery includes only the double-acting cylinder; all other accessories must be ordered separately. Optional ball bearings available upon request.

The CG01 series cylinders from the Aignep brand are compatible and replaceable with those from the SMC brand and other brands such as AirTac, Airon, Mindman , Metal Work .
