Coaxial Reducer size 60 (530Nm)

Gear reduction, coaxial, size 60, available with various reduction ratios, from 1 to 3 gear trains, depending on the required reduction ratio. Manufactured in a very robust casing, which allows them to guarantee high reliability and resistance.

Pinions made of high quality steel, which allows them to ensure very high dynamic performance and low losses. The reducer is supplied lubricated for life with synthetic oil (see mounting positions) and does not require any maintenance.

Depending on the reduction ratio, motors between 1.1kw and 7.5kw can be coupled, obtaining an output torque between 515 and 171 Nm. (See table). The motor housing to be coupled to this reducer can be:

Attention: in this size of coaxial reducer, the amount of oil that the reducer needs to have varies with the mounting position. When you are configuring the reducer, in the form, you will be asked for the order item to supply the reducer with the necessary amount of oil. If the gear reducer does not have the adequate amount of oil, premature wear or even failure of the reducer may occur and is not included in the warranty.
