Compact double-rod pneumatic cylinder , 25 mm bore and 60 mm stroke, double-acting magnetic cylinder with parallel rods. They are designed for high-precision, non-rotating applications where space is limited thanks to their robust yet compact structure. The solution is provided by bronze bushings coupled to the rods.
These cylinders are constructed of high-quality materials, with an aluminum alloy body and a steel rod, giving them high strength and reliability. Furthermore, their design includes NBR seals and cushioning, ensuring efficient operation and a long service life. They are characterized by the possibility of mounting on multiple faces. by different methods, pneumatic feeding in both sides, dual sensor slots , both on the top and bottom sides.
They are ideal for automated systems, manipulators and robotics, where a compact guide is needed to maintain stem alignment and stable movement.
The cylinder is designed for mounting magnetic detectors and various accessories. The delivery includes only the double-acting cylinder; all other accessories must be ordered separately. Optional ball bearings available upon request.
The CG02 series cylinders from the Aignep brand are compatible and replaceable with those from the SMC brand and other brands such as AirTac, Airon, Mindman , Metal Work .
