The ball bearing inserted (insert) in steel. These bearings are grooved. Its outer rings have a spherical surface that has freedom to oscillate on the track of the support, this oscillation allows self-alignment in the housing of the support and compensate for any alignment defects and eliminate, as far as possible, unwanted stresses between the shaft and the support. The bearing is fixed to the shaft by means of two hexagonal allen screws displaced 120º. Easy assembly and disassembly.
The field of application of these bearing housings are industrial and general applications with normal loads, weak to medium rotational speeds.
The tightness of the bearing is guaranteed by a gasket composed of a protective steel sheet plus rubber sealing, the bearing mounts a joint on each side. This protection system prevents the exit of grease and any possible infiltration of pollutants, which is particularly indicated when there are very aggressive external agents, dust, liquids or when the machine works outdoors.
Bearings are suitable for all applications in a temperature range of -15ºC to +100ºC.
