1/2" triplex idle valve for compressor - Aignep

Triplex valve retention (non-return) vacuum operation, for compressor inlet and outlet connection 1/2. The main function of this valve is its ability to idle, once it reaches maximum pressure, the valve allows the compressor to continue running without charging more air from the boiler and / or tank. This is useful in situations where a constant supply of air is needed, such as on construction sites or when using an electric generator.


The triplex valve for compressors is self-contained, it is placed between the compressor head and the boiler, when the boiler reaches the maximum set pressure, the triplex valve opens and the air goes outside (the motor and head continue to run, but the air does not enter the boiler). When the boiler pressure decreases due to the use of compressed air, the valve closes and the air re-enters the boiler.

Incorporates a 1/8th throttle connection for motor compressor applications only.
