Three-phase voltage stabilizer of 6kVA (4800W) and 400Vac output. Servomotor stabilizer with independent regulation per phase to control the input mains voltage within regulation margins, providing a constant output voltage to supply any load with a clean, stable and safe voltage.

Automatic regulation of the mains voltage, allowing ±25% input variations, stabilizes the output voltage within ±2% to supply any critical load with a fully controlled and stabilized voltage by providing a constant voltage. It offers protection against overvoltages and very high voltage peaks from the mains without distorting the output waveform.

Three-phase voltage stabilizer of 6kVA (4800W) and 400Vac output, electromechanical stabilizer driven by servomotor with independent regulation per phase for the control and regulation of voltage drops and rises of the network, providing a constant output voltage.

The equipment stabilizes the input mains voltage within very narrow regulation margins to supply any load at its output with a clean, stable and safe voltage. It does this by continuously monitoring and sampling the input and output voltages to achieve the proper voltage to supply the connected load. Each phase is independently regulated and has its own independent control circuit.

This equipment operates fully automatically for voltage regulation without user intervention, which is achieved by continuously measuring the mains input voltage and automatically performing the up/down operations necessary to provide the constant voltage required for normal operation. The integrated electronic control circuit measures the input voltage and decides what the stabilized output voltage should be by comparing it with an internal reference sample value and the applied load. That is why the stabilizers are used for powering equipment sensitive to voltage variations or to solve problems in installations with large voltage variations due to problems in the supply line.

It incorporates a manual Bypass for maintenance or to continue feeding the loads in case of equipment failure, it does not distort the output sine wave and its MTBF (mean time between failures) is higher than 150,000 hours. The two front switches are "CITY POWER" (Manual Bypass) and "REGULATION" (power on). The "CITY POWER" switch should only be connected in case of equipment failure, and thus obtain unregulated output power directly from the input mains, which is called "MANUAL BYPASS", and for this purpose the "REGULATION" switch must first be disconnected.

The response time is less than 1 second if the input mains does not exceed 10% of the nominal voltage. This stabilizer includes an intelligent protection system (SPI) at its input that protects against power line faults caused by micro-cuts, neutral or phase to ground drops, phase or neutral faults, eliminates AF/MD harmonics, protects against voltage spikes, high and low voltages, lightning and atmospheric discharges, transient and permanent overvoltages, starts and stops of motors or drives, etc. Even so, it is necessary to install a circuit breaker at the output for protection against long duration overloads. It should also be noted that this type of stabilizer does not deform the output sine wave.

Its main applications are in industry, computing, telecommunications, medical equipment and clinical analysis, security systems and surveillance cameras, lighting systems and power supply companies, military applications, stock exchange and banks, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping malls, financial institutions, airports, locomotion industries, trains, railroads, shipping industries, production lines and automatic calculation, textile and paper industries, home automation, home appliances .. and in general in all those applications that have a very critical load to feed and need to have a stable, clean and safe power supply network.

General characteristics:

  • High AC-AC efficiency, above 96%
  • No deformation or distortion of the output sine wave, giving a pure output
  • The output voltage accuracy is practically fixed and stable
  • It does not emit radiation, gases, noise, vibrations, ..

Connection:

Note
: It is advisable to balance the loads of the three phases to avoid stabilization problems. Never exceed the consumption of each phase according to the capacity of the installed equipment and with the allowed input voltages.

Note: The power in Watts has been calculated based on an installation with a power factor of 0.8. For installations with power factor lower than 0.8 the power in Watts will always be lower than indicated and should be recalculated.

Note: The equipments have overcurrent protection and high and low voltage protection at the input. It is highly recommended to install another circuit breaker at the output to ensure that the consumption demand never exceeds the capacity of the equipment.

IMPORTANT: THE NEUTRAL AND GROUND MUST ALWAYS BE CONNECTED FOR PROPER OPERATION AND PERSONNEL SAFETY.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
: NEVER CONNECT THE TWO FRONT SWITCHES "CITY POWER" and "REGULATION" AT THE SAME TIME.
