Solenoid valve fluids 3/8 2/2 closed indirect drive INOX FKM gaskets

3/8" 2-way, normally closed (NC) membrane solenoid valve for use with fluids, indirectly operated. Body: INOX AISI 316.

The main hole of the valve body is opened by the effect of an imbalance between the upper and lower surfaces of the membrane, when the coil is not activated, there is pressure in the upper chamber of the membrane, while in the lower chamber there is only pressure in the main hole of the valve, keeping it closed. When we give tension to the coil, we move the moving core, opening the piloting hole and doing the fluid discharge from the upper chamber, the pressure difference at this time causes it to open the main hole.

In this type of solenoid valves there must be a small pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet for it to work properly.
