Mechanical variator composed of a size 71 planetary disc variator, with PAM 14/160 output flange, and a 0.33CV (0.25kw) 230/400Vac 1500 rpm three-phase motor.

The variation of the speed of rotation of the output shaft is continuous in a speed range between 950 and 190 rpm, this is achieved by acting on a steering wheel, the regulation of the same is continuous, silent and uniform thanks to to the high and symmetrical number of contact points of the variation mechanism. It stands out for its ease of adaptation and assembly, coaxial shape, compact and small in size.

It must be borne in mind that this type of mechanical variators require maintenance, the amount of lubrication oil must be checked and that they cannot be regulated when stopped, if regulation is attempted with the variator stopped, a mismatch of the planetary system will occur, it is not possible to work in these conditions, the regulator will overheat and if this situation is maintained over time, a serious failure of the same. Keep in mind that this type of incident is not covered by the guarantee.
