You can choose to be sent to any address of your company, headquarters or home address. You can have multiple addresses stored in your account if you're a registered user.

Once you have found the desired item, click the BUY or ADD to CART button on the product page to add it to your shopping cart. When you're on the shopping cart page, you'll be able to see the list of items you've added. You can make all the changes you want, such as changing the quantity of an item, or deleting an item from your basket. If you want to continue shopping click on the CONTINUE PURCHASE button.
Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, you will be ready to finish your order. Then click on the PROCESS ORDER button and on the next page you will need to fill out the Personal Data Form. We remind you that if you want a quote you can click on PRINT BUDGET IN PDF to generate a quote of what you have in the shopping cart.
You can make the purchase with your user data or by creating an account.
-If you already have an account created, you only have to enter it with your username and password. Your personal data is already registered in our database and you will not have to re-enter it.
-If you want to create an account so that you do not have to fill in the same data in future purchases, you must fill out the Personal Data Form: first name, last name, email address, address, zip code, city (select a population from the drop-down list) province and a contact phone number. We remind you that if you register as a company and are from outside Spain you have to put the Intra-Community CIF /VAT Number (PTXXXXXXXX, FRXXXXXXXX, DEXXXXXXXX ...) so that you are not charged VAT.
You can also place your order as a guest, so you don't have to create a password access account. If you choose this method we remind you that if you need an invoice you will not be able to access it if you want it in PDF format, although we always send a copy on the paper within the order, except for orders that are counter-refund that must be requested by writing in firstname.lastname@example.org

How can I see what I have in my shopping cart?
To see the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon at the top right of our page. All items you've added to your cart will be displayed. If you want to change the quantity of any product in your basket, you can change the number by clicking the - / + buttons in the quantity column. If you want to remove any item from your basket, click the trash can icon next to the - / +
How do I change the amount of an item in my basket?
You must first click on the cart icon at the top right of our page. This allows you to see all the items you've chosen and the quantities you want from each product. If you want to remove the product from the cart you simply have to hit the X to remove it from the cart. To change the quantity of a particular item, you have to go to CONFIRM and there you will enter the CART page where you can change quantities or delete products. Once you've made the change, you'll see that the price of the item changes accordingly. If you want to change the quantity of any product in your basket, you can change the number by clicking the - / + buttons in the quantity column (Cant.)
Why is it no longer available at the end of the purchase basket if I add a product that is originally available at the end of the purchase?
The availability of products on the web is constantly changing and reflects the situation in real time. Other customers may have purchased the products you have in your cart while you were browsing the web. It will not let you confirm the cart if the products are not available for purchase. You will need to remove the products from the cart and put them back in or contact us at email@example.com so that we tell you which product is the one that does not let you finish the cart.
How do I know the order was successful?
After completing the purchase process, an order confirmation will appear on your screen.
In addition, on the other hand you will receive an order confirmation by email which will be proof that we have received your order. If you are registered you will be able to access the details of your order by accessing the my account section. There you will have the history of all your orders.
If you chose bank transfer, you will receive an email indicating the details and the total amount of the shipment, which you must transfer to the current account indicated in the email. Do not forget to refer to the order number in the bank transfer. We remind you that to expedite the transfer purchase process if you attach a proof to firstname.lastname@example.org.' we will start preparing the order before the money reaches our bank account.
The minimum amount set for the making of a purchase is 5 euros (VAT and transport not included).
